An automobile running record device and central monitor software with GSM network access function, which is able to realize real-time monitor of various status of automobile in running, record the automobile running data during the running process and transmit the real-time automobile data to the monitor center via a GSM module. The automobile running record device comprises of the following components: a shell with electromagnetic shield function and is able to prevent water, fire and mechanical bump; a microprocessor; a ferroelectric memory for temporary storage of data; a large capacity FLASH memory; a sound record information memory; a real time clock; an IC card for recognizing the user identity; a RS232 communication interface; a USB HOST interface; a GSM module circuit; a printer interface; a LCD; a sound alarm circuit; an operation panel; an external signal input module; a photoelectric isolation device; acceleration test; a CAN bus interface; a power management module and EMC module.
