Embodiment Construction

[0018] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the electrical stimulation noise elimination instrument of the present invention includes two microelectrodes for collecting bioelectrical signals. The electrical stimulation noise of the microelectrode is much higher than the signal of the cell itself (about 40 times). In order to separate the collected cell discharge signal from the electrical stimulation noise, the electrical signal collected by the microelectrode is output after passing through the noise suppression circuit. Wherein, the noise suppression circuit includes a differential amplifier circuit and a resistor-capacitor compensation circuit, and the electrical signal collected by the microelectrode is input to two input terminals of the differential amplifier circuit after being passed through the resistor-capacitor compensation circuit, and then output after being differentially amplified. The microelectrode adopts two similar microelectrodes A and B, one of which is used as a r...

Abstract

The present invention discloses an electrical stimulation noise elimination instrument, which includes two microelectrodes used for collecting bioelectric signals. The signal output ends of the microelectrodes are output via a noise suppression circuit. The noise suppression circuit includes a differential amplification circuit and a resistance and capacity compensating circuit. The electric signals collected by the microelectrodes are respectively input into the two input ends of the differential amplification circuit via the resistance and capacity compensating circuit. With the electrical stimulation noise (artifact) elimination instrument of the present invention, the electrical stimulation noises which are more than forty times larger than the bioelectric signals can be eliminated. Therefore, the present invention is beneficial to the organic combination of two nerves electrical physiology study techniques of the electrical stimulation and the unit discharging records, which takes a positive promotion effect on the study of the nerves electrical physiology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of EEG signal processing, in particular to a device for eliminating electrical stimulation artifacts (noise) in EEG signals. Background technique [0002] Single nerve recording and electrical stimulation are the two cornerstones of neurophysiological research techniques. If the two can be organically combined, that is, while electrically stimulating one brain structure while recording the electrical activity of neurons in another related brain structure, it will greatly enhance the scientific research capabilities in this technical field and open up a series of research A new field that revolutionizes brain research. However, when we electrically stimulate the superstructure, the electrical pulses released by the stimulating electrodes will cause huge electromagnetic interference (artifacts) to the downstream neuronal recording electrodes, making it impossible to observe its electrical activity.
