Problems solved by technology

[0002] Most of the traditional water-based polymer-isocyanate wood adhesives and environment-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives use synthetic resin as the main raw material, which leads to the disadvantages of high cost of this adhesive and the release of other harmful substances.

[0019] Example

Embodiment 1

[0020] The preparation method of embodiment 1:

[0021] Concentration 0.5mol·L -1 Add 65kg of hydrochloric acid solution into the reaction kettle with agitator and condenser, slowly add 35kg of cornstarch into the hydrochloric acid solution, stir vigorously to prepare cornstarch milk with a concentration of 35%, heat it up to 55°C and keep it warm. Add 0.2kg of ammonium persulfate to the milk for the first time, stir evenly, acidolyze and oxidize at 55°C, and pre-initiate for 30 minutes at the same time, adjust the pH value to 7 with 10% sodium hydroxide to obtain primary acid-hydrolyzed oxidized corn starch lotion. After stabilizing the primary acid-decomposed oxidized cornstarch emulsion for 10 minutes, slowly add 5kg of acrylamide within 40 minutes, adjust the pH value to 5.5 with 10% sodium hydroxide, keep the temperature at 55°C for 1.5 hours, and then do the second Add 0.3kg ammonium persulfate, after continuing to react for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 55°C (i.e. the...

Embodiment 2

[0022] The preparation method of embodiment 2:

[0023] Concentration 0.5mol·L -1 Add 70kg of sulfuric acid solution into the reaction kettle with agitator and condenser, slowly add 30kg of cornstarch into the sulfuric acid solution, stir vigorously to prepare cornstarch milk with a concentration of 35%, heat it to 55°C and keep it warm. Add 0.6kg of potassium persulfate to the milk for the first time, stir evenly, acidolyze and oxidize at 60°C, and pre-initiate for 60 minutes at the same time, adjust the pH value to 7 with 10% sodium hydroxide to obtain primary acid-hydrolyzed oxidized corn starch lotion. After stabilizing the primary acid-decomposed oxidized cornstarch emulsion for 10 minutes, slowly add 7kg of acrylamide within 45 minutes, adjust the pH value to 5.5 with 10% sodium hydroxide, keep it warm at 60°C for 1.5 hours, and then do the second Add 0.7kg potassium persulfate, after continuing to react for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 55°C (i.e. grafting reaction fo...

Abstract

The present invention relates to the preparation method for composite modified corn starch emulsion, which belongs to the adhesive technology field. The raw materials comprise 25 to 35 shares of corn starch, 65 to 75 shares of inorganic acid, 0.5 to 1.3 shares of peroxide initiator, and 5 to 7 weight shares of copolymerization monomer. The corn starch is acid-splitted and oxidized to generate relatively-low viscosity primary acidolysis oxidation corn starch emulsion with a certain degree of oxidation. Then the acidolysis oxidation corn starch emulsion and the acrylamide experiences graft copolymerization to generate composite modified corn starch emulsion. Compared with the raw materials used in the tradition method, such as the synthetic resin waterborne polymer- isocyanate wood adhesive and the environmentally-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive, natural macromolecule material corn starch is used to replace the synthetic resin, significantly reducing the cost and truly realizing the green wood adhesive. The present invention has the advantages of unique design, standardized process, easy operation, easily-obtained equipment, no pollution, easy implementation, low cost and so on. After promotion, the present invention can be of enormous environmental benefits as well as social and economic benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the improvement of the main raw materials used in the preparation of water-based polymer-isocyanate wood adhesives, environment-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives, etc., specifically a composite denatured corn starch emulsion and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of adhesives in chemistry. Background technique [0002] Most of the traditional water-based polymer-isocyanate wood adhesives and environment-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives use synthetic resin as the main raw material, which leads to the disadvantages of high cost and release of other harmful substances. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to address the above-mentioned deficiencies, to provide a substitute for synthetic resins, to prepare the main raw material used in novel water-based polymer-isocyanate wood adhesives or environment-friendly urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives - c...
