The hepatitis B vaccine adopted in the invention is prepared by purifying, adjuvant adsorbing and preparing a hepatitis B surface antigen expressed by a CHO cell and a hepatitis B surface antigen expressed by a Saccharomyces cerevisiae, while the JE vaccine adopted in the invention is an inactivated vaccine or an attenuated live vaccine. The preferable JE vaccine is the inactivated vaccine, which is prepared by purifying, adjuvant adsorbing and preparing an acquired JE virus antigen. The JE virus antigen is acquired by inoculating on a Vero cell or a diploid cell. The combined vaccine for hepatitis B and JE consists of a hepatitis B vaccine and a JE vaccine, wherein the weight proportion between the hepatitis B vaccine and the JE vaccine is 1 : 1.
