The traditional Chinese medicine of the invention has good efficacy for clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, detoxicating and defaecating, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and relieving swelling and pain, which has obvious effects on internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids with curing rate of more than 98 percent, and also has good efficacy for curing the diseases such as anal fissure, abscess of the anus and anal fistula.
