Problems solved by technology

However, due to many restrictions on raw materials and production processes, its price is very high.
However, polyester fiber is widely used because of its large quantity and reasonable price. However, polyester molecules contain benzene rings, and the molecular distance is tight, which makes the fabric stiffer and requires high temperature and high pressure dyeing, which consumes a lot of energy.

Embodiment 1

[0007] Example 1: Use polyester ply instead of nylon, add ether compounds during polymerization to make POY by spinning, and then "S+Z" ply, a bundle of "S" twisted tow and a bundle of "Z" The twisted yarns are plyed. Since the twisted directions of the two bundles of yarns are opposite, the positive and negative residual twists are offset, the residual torque of the yarn is zero, and the yarns are in a relatively stable state, also known as non-twisted yarns, with higher bulkiness. Well, the crimp shrinkage rate can be more than 5.0%. It has high elasticity and can completely replace nylon. It can be dyed with acid dyes at normal pressure to save energy. The price is much lower than that of nylon of the same specification. It can be widely used in the production of raised cloth. , such as coral fleece and plush, the cloth surface is fuller and softer, and the tow is stronger in the station, which meets the customer's requirements for the cloth surface style.

Embodiment 2

[0008] Example 2: Using PTT instead of nylon, adding ether compounds to spin during polymerization, spinning into high-elongation 33dtex / 36f FDY, spinning speed is 4200m / min, GR1 speed is set to 1704m / min, GR2 The speed is set at 4260m / min, and the wind speed is 0.4m / s. It can be used instead of nylon, and can be widely used in clothing fabrics, gloves, elbow pads, knee pads, etc.

Abstract

A fiber capable of substituting for nylon can be selected from PET and PTT fiber, which has lower cost than nylon and can be continuously produced from polyester at reduced energy consumption. The process flow comprises: molten polyester body, transmission of the molten body, spinning box body, metering pump, assembly, cooling (side-blowing air, circular-blowing air), beam gathering and oil addition, processional road, a first heat coil, a second heat coil, a main network, and coiling. The process is characterized in that 5 to 13% ether additive is added during polymerization to improve the molecular structure of polyester, so that the molecular pitch is increased to form amorphous crystal; the spun fiber can be subjected to boiling dyeing under normal pressure in the same bath of nylon using acid dye; and the ultimate elongation of the polyester fiber is improved to above 40%. The polyester fiber with the characteristics of nylon can be used for substituting for nylon at a lower cost than nylon and conserved energy resource than common polyester fiber by 5 to 16%. The common polyester has compact molecular pitch because of the phenyl ring in the polyester molecule, so that the common polyester is not easy to be dyed unless adopting high-temperature high-pressure dyeing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a synthetic fiber, specifically a fiber that can replace nylon. Background technique [0002] Nylon, polycaprolactam (PA6)-[NH-(CH2)5-CO]n-, also known as polyamide 6 and nylon 6, is a milky white or slightly yellow transparent to opaque horny crystalline polymer, which can be freely colored and tough , wear resistance, good self-lubrication, low rigidity, low temperature resistance, bacteria resistance, slow burning, slow extinguishing after leaving the fire, dripping and foaming, can be purely spun or blended for various clothing and knitwear. Nylon yarn has heat setting characteristics and can maintain the bending deformation formed when heated. Nylon filament can be made into elastic yarn, and short yarn can be blended with cotton and acrylic to improve strength and elasticity. However, due to many restrictions on raw materials and production processes, its price is very high. However, polyester fibers are widely used bec...
