Abstract
A medicine for curing chronic cardiac failure is a capsule made of cassiatwig, burnt white atractylodes rhizome, dried ginger, bulbus allii macrostemi and radix salviae. The medicine can cure senile chronic cardiac failure, pulmonary interstitial edema and bronchial asthma which meet the pathologic principle of 'a mist status disappearing, mist being condensed into fluid, the retained fluid attacking the heart just like ice attacking a river, and finally blood circulation being stagnated to cause blood stasis' with clinical manifestations of cough and dyspnea. The cough and dyspnea is worsened in case of movement of a patient and is intensified at night, and the patient can not lie down horizontally with thin expectoration or edema of lower extremities. The observation on 45 chronic cardiac failure patients taking the medicine shows that: the medicine has an obvious curative effect on chronic cardiac failure with a general effectiveness ratio of 88.89 percent.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medicine for treating chronic heart failure, in particular to a medicine for treating chronic heart failure prepared by taking traditional Chinese medicine as a raw material medicine. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the medicine. Background technique [0002] Heart failure (heart failure) refers to a complex clinical syndrome of cardiac insufficiency caused by various heart diseases. Insufficient perfusion, accompanied by systemic circulation and (or) pulmonary circulation congestion, is a serious stage of various heart diseases. With the aging of the population, the high incidence and low control rate of hypertension, and the reperfusion therapy enabling a large number of patients with acute myocardial infarction to survive, the incidence of heart failure in the elderly is increasing day by day. According to statistics, the prevalence rate of heart failure is 1% at the age of 50-59, and as high as 10%...
