Method for rehabilitation of external respiratory system in patients with chronic heart failure

ActiveRU2865164C1Abdominal respirationBiomechanics
FIELD: cardiology.SUBSTANCE: used as a component of the first stage of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), as well as an auxiliary component at all stages of cardiac rehabilitation. Warm-up exercises are performed – stretching exercises and movements in the joints of the upper body, followed by a basic set of breathing exercises lasting from 15 to 30 minutes, at least once a day, at least 5 days a week, for at least 8 weeks. At the first stage, the main set of exercises includes four exercises performed in sequence: abdominal breathing, chest breathing, breathing involving the shoulder muscles, breathing slowing. The first three exercises are performed for 5–10 breathing cycles with an interval between exercises of at least 1 minute, the fourth exercise contains 5–15 cycles, where each cycle includes an inhalation through the first nostril, followed by an exhalation and inhalation through the second nostril, then an exhalation through the first nostril . In the second and subsequent stages, the main set of exercises includes two exercises performed sequentially: an exercise for full breathing and an exercise for slowing down breathing. The full breathing exercise involves sequentially performing abdominal breathing, chest breathing, and breathing with the involvement of the shoulder muscles throughout one inhalation. The exhalation is performed in reverse order. The number of cycles of the full breathing exercise at the second stage is 15–20. The duration of each stage is at least 2 weeks, where at each subsequent stage, starting from the second one, the duration of the exercises performed in the main complex is increased by increasing the number of exercise cycles. Also the duration of inhalation and exhalation is increased when performing exercises to slow down breathing. The method improves the biomechanics of breathing: increases the depth of breathing, reduces the frequency of respiratory movements, increases the efficiency of breathing and reduces the activity of the inspiratory metaboreflex.EFFECT: exercise tolerance in patients with CHF improves.3 cl, 6 dwg, 3 ex

Method of preventing and treating chronic heart failure by using daxiefei decoction based on network pharmacology and experimental verification analysis

The present invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine network pharmacology analysis, and particularly relates to a method for analyzing the mechanism of action of Daxie Feitang in preventing and treating chronic heart failure based on network pharmacology and experimental verification. The present invention has developed a new application of Daxie Feitang, that is, using it as a drug for treating chronic heart failure, and for the first time, a method for analyzing its mechanism of treating chronic heart failure by combining network pharmacology and experimental verification is proposed; on the one hand, through network pharmacology, the key action targets and related pathways of Daxie Feitang in treating chronic heart failure are obtained, and then through GO and KEGG enrichment analysis, it is speculated that the mechanism of action of Daxie Feitang in treating chronic heart failure is related to TNF and IL6; on the other hand, through animal experiments, it is further verified that Daxie Feitang has a significant improvement effect on the serum cardiac function NT-proBNP, inflammatory factors, urinary AQP2, and serum AVP content in rats, providing scientific theoretical and data support for the application of Daxie Feitang in chronic heart failure.

A method for constructing an animal model simulating human ischemic heart failure

PendingCN122096041ASolution deliveryGranular deliveryIschemic heartArteriole
The application discloses an animal model construction method simulating human ischemic heart failure, and relates to the field of biomedical experimental animal models, and comprises the following steps: S1, model construction: embolism suspension liquid containing microspheres with a specific diameter is injected into the left ventricular cavity of a target animal through percutaneous puncture, so that the microspheres are embolized in myocardial microvessels through coronary artery circulation, thereby establishing a coronary artery microembolism model; S2, early screening: within 24 hours after model construction, cardiac ultrasound detection and serum biomarker detection are performed on the target animal; the animal model construction method simulating human ischemic heart failure simulates embolism of human myocardial arterioles and capillary arterioles by controlling the particle size (15-45 mu m) of the microspheres, induces diffuse myocardial ischemia closer to the clinic, thereby stably leading to progressive ventricular remodeling and chronic heart failure, rather than acute transmural infarction.
