Method for rehabilitation of external respiratory system in patients with chronic heart failure

ActiveRU2865164C1Abdominal respirationBiomechanics
FIELD: cardiology.SUBSTANCE: used as a component of the first stage of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), as well as an auxiliary component at all stages of cardiac rehabilitation. Warm-up exercises are performed – stretching exercises and movements in the joints of the upper body, followed by a basic set of breathing exercises lasting from 15 to 30 minutes, at least once a day, at least 5 days a week, for at least 8 weeks. At the first stage, the main set of exercises includes four exercises performed in sequence: abdominal breathing, chest breathing, breathing involving the shoulder muscles, breathing slowing. The first three exercises are performed for 5–10 breathing cycles with an interval between exercises of at least 1 minute, the fourth exercise contains 5–15 cycles, where each cycle includes an inhalation through the first nostril, followed by an exhalation and inhalation through the second nostril, then an exhalation through the first nostril . In the second and subsequent stages, the main set of exercises includes two exercises performed sequentially: an exercise for full breathing and an exercise for slowing down breathing. The full breathing exercise involves sequentially performing abdominal breathing, chest breathing, and breathing with the involvement of the shoulder muscles throughout one inhalation. The exhalation is performed in reverse order. The number of cycles of the full breathing exercise at the second stage is 15–20. The duration of each stage is at least 2 weeks, where at each subsequent stage, starting from the second one, the duration of the exercises performed in the main complex is increased by increasing the number of exercise cycles. Also the duration of inhalation and exhalation is increased when performing exercises to slow down breathing. The method improves the biomechanics of breathing: increases the depth of breathing, reduces the frequency of respiratory movements, increases the efficiency of breathing and reduces the activity of the inspiratory metaboreflex.EFFECT: exercise tolerance in patients with CHF improves.3 cl, 6 dwg, 3 ex

A hand rehabilitation device, a control method and system of a hand rehabilitation device

PendingCN122097103AChiropractic devicesSensorsJoint componentHand parts
The application provides a hand recovery device, a control method and system thereof, and relates to the technical field of rehabilitation equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a training instruction in response to a user configuring a training action; calculating pulse signal parameters required by a motor according to the received training instruction; driving the motor based on the pulse signal parameters, so that the hand recovery device performs periodic bending and stretching movements; monitoring and estimating the bending angle of each joint component in real time; judging the bending state of a reference finger based on the bending angle, and controlling the hand recovery device to perform advanced training in combination with the current training mode of the wrist and the bending state of the reference finger; performing training safety control on the hand recovery device through the bending angle and a safety range; while realizing bionic actions such as grasping and rotating, the safety and adaptability of the training process are ensured, and the accuracy and reliability of the rehabilitation training are improved.

Telescopic knee joint supporting strip

The telescopic knee joint supporting strip comprises a shaft rod, and first rotating discs are symmetrically and rotationally connected to the shaft rod. According to the damping system, the piston cylinder, the fluid groove, the hollow rod, the piston head, the hollow sealing ring and other structures are arranged, the fluid groove is filled with damping oil, the knee joint supporting strip can generate adjustable damping force during bending and stretching movement, the damping system effectively buffers sudden movement of the knee joint, impact and vibration on the joint are reduced, and the damping effect is improved. Meanwhile, the position of the piston in the piston cylinder can be changed by adjusting the screw rod through the knob, so that the damping force can be accurately controlled, the requirements of different users or different activity intensities (such as walking, running or rehabilitation training) are met, and on the whole, the using comfort and stability are improved. The supporting strip has the advantages of being stable in movement, flexible in adjustment, capable of protecting knee joints from being damaged and the like and is particularly suitable for the fields of rehabilitation medicine and movement protection.
