Embodiment

[0010] see figure 2 , the outer tubes of the condenser 9, the compressor 10, and the subcooling heat exchanger 13 are connected through pipelines to form a low-temperature refrigeration unit, so that the low-temperature refrigerant flows through the outer tube of the cold heat exchanger 13 and flows through the inner tube of the cold heat exchanger 13. The water in the tube performs reverse heat exchange and cold exchange, so that the water is cooled to a supercooled state, that is, the liquid state below 0 °C flows through supercooled water. 11 is a thermal expansion valve, and 12 is a bypass solenoid valve, which is used to protect the normal operation of the low-temperature refrigeration unit and prevent the phenomenon of ice blockage in the supercooled heat exchanger 13 from occurring. 15 is an ice-making generator, which has a built-in electromagnetic mechanical vibrator, which will eliminate the supercooled state of the supercooled water flowing into the ice-making gene...

Abstract

The invention provides a dynamic supercooled water circulation ice-making system, which is characterized in that a low-temperature refrigeration unit is connected with a supercooled heat exchanger; the supercooled heat exchanger is connected with an ice-making generator; the ice-making generator is connected with an ice storage tank; the ice storage tank is connected with the supercooled heat exchanger via a water circulating pump. In the running of the system, the heat provided by the low-temperature refrigeration unit changes the water running through the supercooled heat exchanger into supercooled water (less than 0 DEG C remaining in liquid state); and then through the function of the water circulating pump, the supercooled water runs through the ice-making generator to eliminate the supercooled state of the supercooled water, and the water is changed into ice and water mixture, i.e., crystalloid flowing binary ice, and finally flows into the ice storage tank to be stored for use by air-conditioning users. The dynamic supercooled water circulation ice-making system of the invention has the advantages of simple structure, low heat loss in each heat exchange, low energy consumption and high ice-making efficiency, and the ice-making system represents a new direction of development of binary ice-making system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an ice-making system for binary ice, in particular to a dynamic supercooled water circulation ice-making system. Background technique [0002] At present, the ice-making system of binary ice generally adopts a low-temperature refrigeration unit to refrigerate ethylene glycol, and then uses ethylene glycol as a refrigerant to exchange cold energy with water, so that water absorbs cold energy and undergoes a phase change to generate fluid binary ice. Yuanbing, for air conditioner users. This process of producing binary ice has the disadvantages of complex structure of the ice-making system caused by secondary cooling exchange, loss of secondary cooling exchange, high energy consumption of the system and low ice-making efficiency. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a dynamic supercooled water circulation ice-making system with simple structure, less loss in one-time cooling exch...
