The carrier comprises ammonia (NH3), 1R, 2R-diamino cyclohexane (DACH), 1,2-bis (aminomethyl)-cyclobutane, 2-isopropyl-(4R, 5R)-4, 5-bis (aminomethyl)-1 and 3-dioxo-cyclopentane. The novel water-soluble platinum (II) anticancer complex can be synthesized by the normal preparation method of the platinum antitumor drug.
