Abstract

The invention provides a sizing chamfer flat steel and a production method thereof. The finished chamber flat steel is a continuous one-body banding flat steel without breakage in middle part. The section of the flat steel is a rectangle with a chamfer. The height of the rectangle is 4mm to 11mm, and the tolerance in the length thereof is plus or minus 0.1mm, the width thereof is 6mm to 160mm, the tolerance of the width is plus or minus 0.2mm, the angle of the chamfer is 2*45 degrees and the tolerance thereof is plus or minus 1.5 degrees. The sizing chamfer flat steel is produced by adopting a sizing flat steel production line, therefore, the utilization rate of rolled steel can be increased by over 9 times and the efficiency can be improved by nearly 10 times. Therefore, after the production line is put into production, the social benefit thereof increases quickly and the cost of the units which use the production line for the item decreases sharply. The set of production line adopts a one-shot process, thus not only saving cost but also improving product quality.
