Problems solved by technology

Manual suture anastomosis is an anastomosis method with a long history. It is done manually with silk thread or absorbable thread. The operation is cumbersome, the anastomosis time is long, and there is a certain incidence of anastomotic leakage. However, this anastomosis method is low in cost, especially in economically underdeveloped areas. Still the most dominant method of colonic anastomosis
The stapler anastomosis method is to use a stapler to complete colon anastomosis. The anastomosis method is simple and the anastomosis time is short, but the price of the stapler is high. After the anastomosis, metal foreign bodies will remain in the abdominal cavity for life, and an additional stapler insertion port needs to be opened to increase trauma.
Because the contents of the colon are in direct contact with the anastomosis in these anastomotic methods, the incidence of complications such as anastomotic leakage is high

Embodiment Construction

[0009] The colon-binding anastomotic bracket of the present invention includes a through tube made of human body acceptable and degradable material, the middle part of the through tube is tubular, and the two ends are trumpet-shaped openings that gradually flare. There is a groove at the connecting part of the tubular middle part and the trumpet-shaped opening.

[0010] The human body acceptable and degradable material used in the present invention, such as polylactic acid.

[0011] During the anastomosis, the stent is placed in the intestinal lumen, and the colon is fixed on the stent with a thread at the groove, and the two ends of the colon touch at the center of the longitudinal axis of the stent, grow and heal, and achieve colon anastomosis. After the anastomotic stoma is healed, the stent gradually degrades, and the degraded components are excreted through the intestinal tract, leaving no foreign matter in the abdominal cavity. During the healing process of the anastomo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a colon ligature anastomosis stent which comprises a bypass pipe made from degradable material that is acceptable to the human body; the middle part of the bypass pipe is tubiform, and the two ends of the bypass pipe are respectively provided with a widening funnel-shaped opening; a groove is arranged in a connection section in which the tubiform middle part is connected with the funnel-shaped opening. During the anastomosis, the stent is put in an intestinal cavity, and colon is fixed on the stent by a wire at the groove; the two ends of the colon are in contact with each other in the centre of the vertical axis of the stent, grow and heal, thus realizing the anastomosis of the colon. The colon ligature anastomosis stent can simplify the operation, shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence rate of anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stenosis.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bracket for colon anastomosis, which can simplify colon anastomosis and improve the safety of colon anastomosis. (2) Technical background [0002] At present, the methods of colon anastomosis mainly include manual suture anastomosis and stapler anastomosis. It is still the main method of colon anastomosis. The stapler anastomosis method uses a stapler to complete colon anastomosis. The anastomosis method is simple and the anastomosis time is short, but the stapler is expensive. After anastomosis, metal foreign bodies will remain in the abdominal cavity for life, and an additional st...
