Problems solved by technology

When the newly purchased household electrical appliances are unpacked and used, the outer packing box (usually a carton) occupies a large area and basically has no collection value, so it is generally discarded or sold to a waste recycling station

Embodiment 1

[0024] Such as figure 1 As shown, the inner surface of the packaging box used in this embodiment is pre-coated with a layer of photocatalyst material, and the packaging box is a carton, including the following parts: cardboard 1; photocatalyst layer 2 on the inner surface of cardboard 1; the dimension line for cutting when convenient to use Box 3. Among them, the size of the packaging box cardboard 1 before being bound into a box meets the size requirements of the packaging box to be made, and its outer surface has been printed with texts and patterns related to household appliances. If it is an ordinary carton, the carton factory can enter the last process of carton binding and forming without first coating the photocatalyst material. In this embodiment, it is necessary to coat a layer of photocatalyst material on its inner surface. Relevant photocatalyst coating process requirements, after the photocatalyst material is evenly coated on the inner surface of the cardboard 1 t...

Embodiment 2

[0027] As shown in Figure 2, the main body of the carton used in this embodiment is the same as in Embodiment 1, except that four separate cardboards 4 placed inside are added, and the single side of the inside cardboard 4 is as follows Figure 2a Shown, be coated with photocatalyst material as embodiment 1, and this side also prints with figure 1 Wireframe 3 with the same cropped dimensions as shown. The inner cardboard 4 and the outer cardboard 1 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the photocatalyst layer 2 is combined face to face, and can be mechanically fastened or glued into one body at multiple points, such as Figure 2b shown, and then assembled into cartons.

[0028] Equally, when needing to be used for indoor air pollution control, inner cardboard 4 can be pulled down one by one, then the other side that is not coated with photocatalyst material is bonded with the outer surface of outer cardboard 1 (available double-sided tape paper or seam or stapled mechanicall...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating indoor air pollution. The method comprises the following steps: a photocatalyst material is coated on the inner surface of one or more surfaces of a product packing case; and the packing case is detached when a product needs to be taken out for use, so that the photocatalyst material coated on the inner surface of the packing case can be exposed in indoor air to make the photocatalyst participate an oxidation-reduction catalysis reaction with an organic pollutant in the air. The method provides an environmental protection utilizing way for the packing case, is applicable in an exterior packing cage of a product of household appliances, in particular to large products of household appliances, such as a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a colorcast and a washing machine; most of the exterior packing case of the large products are cartons which are convenient to operate and have considerable total surface area. Therefore, the method not only can make the packing case changed from waste into valuable so as to improve the remaining value of environmental protecting utilization, but also greatly simplify the prior application of phtocatalyst operation procedure for indoor air pollution treatment, thereby facilitating self use of a user.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an air purification method, in particular to a method for controlling indoor air pollution. Background technique [0002] As we all know, after the house is newly renovated, harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, xylene and ammonia slowly released from the decoration materials often make the indoor air pollution exceed the standard. For this kind of indoor air pollution control, the more effective way is to use photocatalyst new technology, which can degrade indoor formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia and other organic pollutants. [0003] Photocatalyst is a kind of nanoscale TiO 2 (Titanium dioxide) is a representative photo-semiconductor material with photocatalytic function. Under the irradiation of light, it does not change itself, but it can promote chemical reactions, and the organic pollutants adsorbed on the surface are combined with oxygen and water molecules in the air. Under the action of oxidation-reduction r...
