Abstract

A washing method for a para-aramid polymer in the production process comprises the following steps: (1) at normal temperature and normal pressure, adding the para-aramid polymer absorbing solvent system generated in the production process of the para-aramid polymer to the DW water with the water amount equal to 20 times of the polymer weight; (2) continuously adding NaOH solution to adjust the pHvalue to be between 3-5, and stirring for 20min; (3) pre-filtering the polymer, adding the DW water with the amount equal to 20 times of the polymer weight, and stirring for 20min; (4) repeating the step (3), and washing the polymer for 5 times with the DW water; (5) changing the DW water into 0.02 percent of EDTA disodium salt solution, and repeating the step (3) to wash for 3 times; (6) repeating the step (3) with the DW water, and filtering and drying after 2 times of washing to obtain the para-aramid polymer.
