[0040] 1. Extraction of samples

[0041] Accurately weigh 20.00g of soil (passed through a 2.0mm sieve), place it in a 150ml Erlenmeyer flask, add 100ml of NaCl solution, shake it in an oscillator for 30min at room temperature (160 rpm), take it out and use dry filter paper Filter in a dry and clean Erlenmeyer flask to obtain the sample filtrate. At the same time, the treatment of the blank control was carried out, and the other steps were the same as the sample treatment except that no soil sample was added.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for measuring content of inorganic nitrogen in soil, which comprises the following steps: 1) leaching, namely adding leaching liquor into a soil sample to leach tric nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in the soil, and filtering to obtain filtered fluid; 2) oxidization, namely adding an oxidizing agent into the filtered fluid obtained in step 1) to oxidize the ammonium nitrogen into tric nitrogen so as to obtain soil total tric nitrogen solution; and 3) performing colorimetric determination with double wavelength on the soil total tric nitrogen solution, and calculating the content of the inorganic nitrogen in the soil according to extinction values obtained by color comparison. The content of inorganic nitrogen in the soil measured by the measuring method has no significant difference with a result measured by a conventional component measurement addition method, and the inorganic nitrogen measured by the measuring method has the recovery rate between 98.8 and 104 percent. The measuring method has the advantages of quickness, accuracy, convenient operation and high efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for measuring inorganic nitrogen, in particular to a method for measuring soil inorganic nitrogen content. Background technique [0002] Nitrogen is one of the major elements necessary for the normal growth and development of crops. Experiments have confirmed that the content of soil inorganic nitrogen is directly related to the amount of nitrogen absorbed by crops for normal growth. Therefore, the determination of soil inorganic nitrogen is an important item in agrochemical analysis. one. [0003] In terms of components, soil inorganic nitrogen mainly includes ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen. Current assay methods include the following: [0004] 1. One-time direct assay [0005] The nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen are reduced to ammonium nitrogen in an alkaline medium by using zinc-ferrous sulfate or Dai's alloy, and the whole process of detection is completed by distillation and titr...
