Abstract

The board comprises the decorative layer, the inorganic heat insulating material layer and a reinforcement layer, wherein the decorative layer is stuck on one side of the inorganic heat insulating material layer, and the reinforcement layer is stuck on the other side of the inorganic heat insulating material layer. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: arranging the decorative layer at the bottom of a board mould; adding 40-100 parts of water to 100 parts of Portland cement; after stirring the water and the cement, introducing 30-1,000 parts of foams generated by a foaming agent to the obtained mixture; then adding 100-500 parts of perlite, 100-500 parts of ceramsite and 1-5 parts of glass fibers to the foams; pouring the obtained mixture to the board mould; and smearing a layer of cement to finish manufacturing the board.
