Abstract

The invention provides a process method for quickly producing gypsum building products with the advantages of water and energy conservation and top quality, particularly a method for producing gypsumbuilding products by pressing process. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing building gypsum, packing powder, plasticizing agent, adjustable solidification agent, waterproof agent and mixing water into a gypsum pressing material; and pressing the gypsum pressing material into various building products inside dies of required size and shape by different types of pressure forming machines. The method for producing gypsum building products by pressing process has the outstanding advantages that: (1) product base material has very high intensity and the intensity of pressedcompact base material is 2 to 5 times that of cast base material, thereby showing excellent performance and development space for the application of gypsum products; (2) molded products have very lowfree moisture content and do not require baking or drying, thereby greatly reducing energy consumption during production; and (3) the method has quick production speed and short production cycle, thereby providing a quick process for producing gypsum building products.
