CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pattern lines(147a,147b) and a plurality of contact electrodes(141,143) are formed on a substrate(131). An anisotropic conductive film(150) including a plurality of conductive balls(152) is arranged on the substrate. A plurality of driving circuits is arranged on the substrate. The conductive balls are electrically connected to the contact electrodes by bumps(156) of the driving circuits. Contact layers(158) are formed by applying a laser beam to contact areas.
