Abstract

The invention discloses a bubble swinging micro-mixing system, and belongs to the technical field of micro-mixers. In the bubble swinging micro-mixer, gas, liquid a and liquid b form convergent current at a divergent nozzle at an inlet of a main mixing micro-channel. The convergent current forms a bubble sequence under the joint control of the gas-liquid interface tension and viscous shearing force. Periodical alternative temperature rise is generated on a film resistance micro-heater on two sides of the top of the main mixing micro-channel under the excitation of periodically alternating direct current pulse voltage. A periodical reverse temperature gradient is formed in the corresponding width direction of the main mixing micro-channel. An interface tension gradient is resulted from the temperature gradient. The liquid moves towards a lower temperature side, and bubbles move towards a higher temperature side. The periodical reverse temperature gradient makes the bubbles swing in the channel width direction at high frequency. Therefore, the mixing between fluid is strengthened.
