Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting dihydromyricetin from vine tea, including the following steps: (1) vine tea dry leaves are weighed, subject to microwave radiation treatment by a microwave oven and then smashed; (2) the particles are added into a microwave reverse flow extractor, water is added, microwave extraction and filtering are carried out, thus obtaining filtration A and residue A; (3) the residue A is processed according to the method in the step (2), thus obtaining filtration B and residue B; (4) residue A and residue B are merged and added into the microwave reverse flow extractor, ethanol is added, microwave extraction is carried out for 30-60min and then filtering is carried out, thus obtaining filtration C; (5) the filtrations A, B and C are merged, and then concentration, crystallization and drying are carried out. The invention has simple technology and convenient operation, extraction ratio of dihydromyricetin can reach 47.3%, purity can reach 85%, the required organic solvent is less, operating safety is good, no high temperature furnace is required for heating, energy consumption is reduced, and production cost is saved.

Example Embodiment

[0019] Example 1
[0020] (1) Weigh 10 kg of dried leaves of rattan tea, use a microwave oven to conduct microwave radiation treatment at a microwave power of 900w, and crush them to 80-100 mesh particles;
[0021] (2) Add the above particles to the WNT-B microwave countercurrent extraction equipment, and then add 100kg of water, extract for 60 minutes at a microwave power of 1000w, and filter to obtain filtrate A and filter residue A;
[0022] (3) Add filter residue A to the WNT-B microwave countercurrent extraction equipment, add 100kg of water, extract for 60 minutes at a microwave power of 1000w, and filter to obtain filtrate B and filter residue B;
[0023] (4) Combine filter residue A and filter residue B with a total of 5.3 kg, add them to the microwave countercurrent extraction equipment, and then add 15 kg of ethanol with a mass fraction of 70%, extract for 50 minutes at a microwave power of 1000w, and filter to obtain filtrate C;
[0024] (5) Combine filtrate A, filtrate B and filtrate C, concentrate, crystallize, and dry to obtain pure dihydromyricetin with an extraction rate of 43.6% and a purity of 83.6%.
