The computer system which adopts the method for improving the startup efficiency of the computer to work can be used while starting just like a television, namely the computer system can continuously work after startup for several seconds and the function of the computer is not limited; the computer system which adopts the method for improving the shutdown efficiency of the computer to work can realize immediate shutdown, namely a user only needs one key to cut off an external power supply to finish operation of shutting down the computer; and when the computer system which adopts the method for improving the running efficiency of the computer to work reruns a piece of application software, the loading time is shorter than the first time, and the computer has the effect of higher speed after the use.
