The invention provides an operating system startup booting method capable of aiming at a system on chip. The method comprises the following steps that: 1) after the system on chip is electrified, starting an onboard RBL (ROM (Read Only Memory) bootloader), reading a first-level bootloader into memory from Nor Flash, wherein the first-level bootloader only comprises a PLL (Phase Locked Loop) configuration unit, a first board level hardware initialization unit used for supporting PLL configuration, and a second-level bootloader loading unit; 2) operating the first-level bootloader in the memory, executing the code of the first board level hardware initialization unit by a processor to finish the initialization of the board level hardware used for supporting the PLL configuration, executing the code of the PLL configuration unit to maximize the clock frequency of an ARM (Advanced RISC Machines) core and the clock frequency of an SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) bus, and executing the code of the second-level bootloader loading unit to load a second-level bootloader to the memory from the Nor Flash; and 3) executing the code of the second-level bootloader to finish Linux startup booting. By use of the method, the startup booting time of the operating system of the SoC can be shortened.

Method and device of online energy-saving dispatching in cloud computing data center

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and a device of online energy-saving dispatching in a cloud computing data center. The method comprises that an application scene which the embodiment aims at is that resources in the data center are dispatched online; that is to say, a dispatching system does not known all the virtual machine requests in the data center, but only can distribute the virtual machines one by one online and in real time. The dispatching system distributes the virtual machines to suitable physic machines based on the specification and service time of the virtual machine task requests and the use condition of the current data center resource. The serial number of the physic servers is regarded as priority when the virtual machine task requests are distributed, and the physic servers with secondary high distribution priority are considered after tasks are sequentially distributed to all physic servers with high priority. Meanwhile, the virtual machine resources on different physic machines are further integrated together in combination with suitable migration every a period of time. Therefore, through reasonable and efficient utilization of resources of the physic machines, the total boot time of the physic servers is reduced and accordingly the purpose of reducing the energy consumption of the data center is reduced.

Double-channel microwave signal automatic zeroing device and method for micro discharge effect detection

The invention provides a double-channel microwave signal automatic zeroing device for micro discharge effect detection. After forwardly/reversely coupled signals are input, the signals are divided by a bridge into two parts, wherein one part is transmitted to a power monitoring module to perform parameter monitoring, and the other part is transmitted to an amplitude modulation and phase modulation channel to perform zeroing; after the signals enter the amplitude modulation and phase modulation channel, the two channels of signals are adjusted by a digitally controlled attenuator to be consistent in amplitude according to power detection data; and after the two channels of signals are made consistent in amplitude, the signals pass through a digitally controlled phase shift and enter an in-phase combiner for signal synthesis, and signal phase adjustment is carried out with the help of a zeroing signal amplitude monitoring module. The reliability of the automatic zeroing device of the invention is improved exponentially, and the service life is prolonged exponentially. No additional power meter is needed, the system structure is simplified, and the reliability of the system is improved to a certain extent. Moreover, human operation error is avoided because of the automatic zeroing function, and the effectiveness of micro discharge effect detection is guaranteed.
