Abstract

The environment-friendly aqueous black paste for the wet synthetic leather consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 35 to 50 percent of carbon black, 3 to 15 percent of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5 to 2.5 percent of triethanolamine, 0.5 to 2.5 percent of diethylene glycol, 1 to 5 percent of water and oil soluble polyacrylate and the balance of water. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the aqueous black paste by using a sand mill, a three-roll machine and a ball mill. Besides the high color concentration and high compatibility with the wet paste, the color pasteof the invention makes the synthetic leather product meet the requirement of environmental protection; the aqueous black paste is an environment-friendly wet color paste which meets the requirements of the synthetic leather on the environmental protection; and due to the aquosity and the environment friendliness of the color paste, the paste has the safe production, storage and transport performance.
