Embodiment Construction
[0013] The mixed fiber composite spinning method is adopted, and the cross-sectional structure schematic diagram of the spinneret of the mixed fiber composite spinning method is shown in the figure. In the figure, the polymer used for spinning conventional fibers is polyester. The matrix of the composite conductive fiber is made of polyester, accounting for 80% of the conductive fiber, and the conductive masterbatch is made of particles mixed with carbon black and polyester, accounting for 20% of the conductive fiber. The spinning process is as follows:

The invention provides a manufacturing technique of conductive yarn bundles, belonging to the technical field of combined composite fibers and spinning. By using the combination of the composite spinning technology and the combined yarn spinning technology, the composite spinning technology for making conductive fibers is synchronously combined with the combined yarn spinning technology which is used for spinning the conductive fibers and conventional fibers. By adopting a double-screw composite spinning machine, one screw extrudes conductive components of the conductive fibers, and the other screw extrudes nonconductive components of the conductive fibers so as to realize that the composite-type conductive fiber is made. Furthermore, a part of spun conventional fibers are separated from the screw which extrudes nonconductive components of the conductive fibers to realize the purposes of spinning the conductive fibers and the conventional fibers synchronously and completing in one step. When used in general, the conductive fibers are interlaced with the conventional fiber filaments to make conductive network yarns in a networking way and then are spun. The invention has the advantages of improving spinnability of the conductive fibers because of thicker filament bundles, leaving out a doubling step, reducing production cost, improving the filament bundle quality without the phenomenon of commonly loosening silks at the time of doubling, enhancing processing efficiency, and saving the doubling step.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a conductive network yarn and a manufacturing method, and belongs to the technical field of mixed fibers, composite fibers and spinning. Background technique [0002] Static electricity is the charge generated by the phenomenon of friction electrification. Compared with the frequently used dynamic electricity, it is static, and its characteristic is that the current is small and does not form a loop. Its characteristic is that there will be electrostatic reaction when there is movement and friction. The potential can sometimes be as high as several thousand volts or tens of thousands of volts, and it will disappear quickly after discharge. With the wide application of synthetic fibers, the problem of electrostatic hazards has become increasingly prominent, which can not only cause fires and explosions, but also affect product quality, damage electronic devices, and lose data. The hazards and accidents caused by electrostatic d...
