Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation for promoting pollination and fruit setting of xeromorphic crop by Trichodermaharzianum solid fermentation, a method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a solid culture medium; (2) inoculating Trichodermaharzianum spores on the culture medium, and evenly stirring to obtain a fermentation basic material; (3) covering a plastic cloth on the fermentation basic material, inputting filtered air, fermenting for 5-7days at 26-30 DEG C, turning out the material in the fermentation process, changing the filtered air regularly, keeping the humidity at 72-78%; and (4) opening the plastic cloth, cooling to the room temperature, drying in the air, reducing the water content to 10-15%, drying, and grinding into particle fermented material which is the organic fertilizer for promoting the pollination and fruit setting of xeromorphic crop.
