Abstract

The invention relates to biological starch degradable plastic master batches which are composed of the following components by weight percent: 70-80% of biological refined starch, 7-10% of a toughening agent, 0.5-2% of an initiator, 4-7% of a modifier, 1-3% of a plasticizer and 3-6% of a lubricating processing adjuvant. The biological refined starch is refined into 800-1200 meshes by taking yams and corns as raw materials. During the production process, the biological starch degradable plastic master batches are prepared by a starch refining procedure and a starch high-speed mixing procedure,and then the master batches are prepared into a degradable plastic product. A biological (yams and corns) starch degradable plastic sheet has the same physical property and mechanical property as thecommon plastic product and other special properties, and has simple process and lower cost; and the degradable plastic sheet can be degraded in a natural environment, thus reducing environmental pollution, relieving environmental contradiction, and meeting the requirements of reduction, reclamation and harmlessness in a method for controlling pollution of solid wastes.
