Allocation information of various layers and a communication interface, required by a terminal system, is downloaded into an RAM (Random Access Memory) in an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) chip, and all functional modules are in circuited connection with the communication interface, therefore, four protocols of a transmission layer UPD, a network layer IP (Internet Protocol), a link layer Virtual Link and a physical layer PHY are integrated on a board card.
