Embodiment 1
[0016] Raw material ratio of botanical pesticides: clove 5kg, cinnamon 2.5kg, rhubarb 2.5kg.
[0017] Preparation steps:
[0018] 1. Crush the above raw materials, sieve them through a 20-mesh sieve, and mix them;
[0019] 2. Add 70kg of 80% ethanol to the mixture and soak for 120min, heat to 85°C for 30min in the reactor, filter, and collect the extract; add 40kg of 80% ethanol to the filter residue, heat to 85°C for 30min, and filter , collecting the extract, and combining the two extracts to obtain the initial ethanol extract of botanical pesticides;
[0020] 3. Concentrating the ethanol primary extract of botanical pesticides at 65° C. under reduced pressure to 10 kg to obtain ethanol extracts of botanical pesticides;
[0021] 4. Mix 10kg botanical pesticide ethanol extract with 1.5kg OP-13 to obtain the product;
[0022] 5. Filling.
Embodiment 2
[0024] Raw material ratio of botanical pesticides: clove 4kg, cinnamon 3kg, rhubarb 3kg.
[0025] Preparation steps:
[0026] 1. Crush the above raw materials, sieve them through a 20-mesh sieve, and mix them;
[0027] 2. Add 60kg of 85% ethanol to the mixture and soak for 100min, heat to 80°C for 40min in the reactor, filter, and collect the extract; add 30kg of 85% ethanol to the filter residue, heat to 80°C for 20min, and filter , collecting the extract, and combining the two extracts to obtain the initial ethanol extract of botanical pesticides;
[0028] 3. Concentrating the ethanol primary extract of botanical pesticides at 60° C. under reduced pressure to 10 kg to obtain ethanol extracts of botanical pesticides;
[0029] 4. Mix 10kg of botanical pesticide ethanol extract with 0.9kg of Tween-80 to obtain the product;
[0030] 5. Filling.
Embodiment 3
[0032] Raw material ratio of botanical pesticides: clove 4.5kg, cinnamon 2.5kg, rhubarb 3kg.
[0033] The preparation steps are the same as in Example 1.

Abstract
The invention discloses a plant source pesticide and a production method and application thereof. The pesticide comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30 to 50 percent of clove, 25 to 45 percent of cinnamon and 25 to 40 percent of rhubarb. The pesticide is prepared by the following steps of: crushing and mixing the raw materials; and extracting by using 70 to 90 percent ethanol, and concentrating and emulsifying to obtain the product. The pesticide has the characteristics of broad spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity, and the like. Field test results prove that the plant source pesticide has good effect of treating cucumber fusarium wilt, cucumber downy mildew, angular leaf spot of cucumber, green pepperfusarium wilt, tomato early blight, tomato late blight or cereal crop diseases, and the like.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to pesticides, in particular to a botanical pesticide and its production method and application. Background technique [0002] There are many kinds of plant diseases and they are distributed in a wide area. They often cause very serious harm to agricultural production, ranging from reduced production to severe crop failure. Pesticides are important materials to ensure agricultural yield. [0003] Although chemically synthesized pesticides have played a huge role in controlling and eliminating various plant diseases for many years, at the same time, harmful substances are gradually enriched in soil and water, and enter crops and humans and animals through material circulation, seriously polluting agricultural products and the environment. Harmful to human health, human cancer, liver disease, cardiovascular and other diseases have an inseparable relationship with this. [0004] Natural products often exhibit many special biological...
