The device fixes an A-type ultrasonic probe at a specific position of the low abdominal wall of a human body by a probe fixture, a support frame and a base, wherein the probe swings in a plane under the drive of an electric motor; the position of the base is adjusted, so that the swinging plane of the probe is positioned on the central sagittal plane of the human body; when swinging, the probe aims at the urinary bladder to emit and receive ultrasonic waves once at the angular interval of 15 degrees to form a plurality of ultrasonic beams; and the anteroposterior diameter D and the axial diameter H of the urinary bladder are calculated according to the number of the ultrasonic beams penetrating the urinary bladder and corresponding angles, and the accumulative urine volume of the urinary bladder is calculated according to the formula V=D*H*K.
