Embodiment 1

[0025] The sewage of a papermaking enterprise enters the high-efficiency bioaugmentation tank after anaerobic treatment. COD is 464.4mg / L, NH3-N is 15.34mg / L, TN is 22.33mg / L, TP is 2.1mg / L, and the chromaticity is 260 times. The high-efficiency bio-enhanced pool adopts 100% external return and 300% internal return. The dosage of powdered activated carbon is 50mg / L. The residence time is 20h. The aeration air supply is provided according to the air-to-water ratio of 20:1. The effluent quality COD is 104.3mg / L, NH3-N is 1.34mg / L, TN is 9.6mg / L, TP is 0.8mg / L, and the chromaticity is 80 times.

Embodiment 2

[0027] Other operations are as in Example 1. But do not add powdered activated carbon. The effluent quality COD is 148.3mg / L, NH3-N is 3.34mg / L, TN is 12.6mg / L, TP is 1.2mg / L, and the chromaticity is 120 times.

Embodiment 3

[0029] Other operations are as in Example 1. The effluent quality COD is 154.4mg / L, NH3-N is 3.34mg / L, TN is 32.4mg / L, TP is 0.9mg / L, and the chromaticity is 80 times.

[0030] Example 3

[0031] Other operations are as in Example 1. But the internal reflux ratio is 200%. The effluent quality COD is 142.4mg / L, NH3-N is 2.34mg / L, TN is 28.4mg / L, TP is 1.2mg / L, and the chromaticity is 90 times.

Abstract

The invention discloses a combined process for treating papermaking waste water and particularly relates to a method for treating the papermaking waste water by combining anaerobic technology, aerobic technology and Fenton technology, in particular to a combined process disclosed based on the characteristics of high concentration, difficult degradation, high toxicity, large water quality fluctuation and the like of the papermaking waste water. The combined process comprises the following steps of: delivering papermaking waste water which is subjected to pretreatment such as precipitation, grid filtering and the like into an anaerobic reaction tank in a self-flow mode or a water pump lifting mode; delivering the waste water treated in the anaerobic reaction tank in the previous step into an aerobic tank in the self-flow mode; delivering the waste water into a Fenton oxidation column in a pump lifting mode; and delivering the waste water into a coagulative precipitation tank in the self-flow mode, adding polyacrylamide (PAM) for precipitation and draining the waste water. The combined process has the characteristics of high quality of drained water, small influence by toxic substances, high sludge settling performance, high market competitiveness and good environmental and social benefits and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention designs a combined treatment method of papermaking wastewater, specifically, refers to a method for treating papermaking wastewater by combining three technologies of anaerobic + aerobic + Fenton. Background technique [0002] Papermaking wastewater consists of various processing procedures of papermakers, materials lost in the production process, and sewage that washes the ground. Its characteristics are: the amount of wastewater is large, generally up to 70% to 90% of the water consumption of papermaking wastewater manufacturers; the wastewater has high chroma and complex composition, and its organic components are mostly lignin fragments, which contain various types of color. groups and polar groups, and may also be mixed with various additives; the chemical oxygen demand (COD) is relatively high, while the biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) is relatively small, and the biodegradability is poor; the quality of papermaking wastewat...
