Through the method, plastic deformation can be generated on the chromium coating with depth of 0.5-4.5 mum so that the mesh cracks of the chromium coating in the depth range are sealed and gas is prevented from flowing out of the channel. Meanwhile, the extruded chromium coating surface has lower surface roughness and better surface smoothness, and the surface tightness of the chromium coating of the undercarriage piston rod is improved.
