Abstract

In the invention, the filter element is arranged in a shell of the filter and is in a cylindrical shape formed by longitudinally overlapping and rolling a metal fiberboard and a corrugated plate with a waveform cross section; an axial airflow channel is formed between the corrugated plate and the metal fiberboard; the wave crest of the corrugated plate is equipped with a plurality of first diversion notches and diversion concave slots; and the wave trough of the corrugated plate is equipped with a plurality of second diversion notches and diversion convex slots. The first diversion notches and the diversion concave slots as well as the second diversion notches and the diversion convex slots on the corrugated plate are used for guiding tail gas so as to greatly prolong the residence time of the tail gas in the DPF; a part of the tail gas is guided to pass through the metal fiber layer, andparticles in the tail gas are blocked at one side of metal fiber; and the other part of the tail gas is directly discharged. In the invention, the exhaust pressure loss under certain filter efficiency is very small.
