Embodiment

[0020] Example: Weigh 0.0623g herring sperm DNA, put it in 20mL deionized water, stir at low speed for half an hour, and prepare a DNA solution with a concentration of 3.12mg / mL. According to Ce 3+ / Tb 3+ The molar ratio is 95:5, weigh 0.2702g terbium oxide (Tb 4 o 7) in a beaker, add nitric acid solution with a volume ratio of nitric acid and deionized water of 1:1 to make it completely dissolved, and slowly evaporate to remove excess nitric acid. After cooling to room temperature, add 40mL of deionized water to obtain Tb(NO 3 ) 3 precursor solution. Weigh 1.654g of Ce(NO 3 ) 3 ·6H 2 O, added to Tb(NO 3 ) 3 solution, stir to dissolve completely. Add the prepared DNA solution dropwise to the prepared Ce(NO 3 ) 3 with Tb(NO 3 ) 3 In the mixed solution, stir at room temperature for 24 hours, so that the positively charged cerium ions and terbium ions are fully adsorbed on the negatively charged phosphate radicals on the DNA and the N atoms on the bases. Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing terbium-doped cerium fluoride porous nanospheres based on a herring sperm deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) template, and belongs to the technical field of nano material preparation. The method comprises the following three steps of: (1) preparing mixed solution, namely dissolving Tb4O7 in nitric acid, evaporating to obtain a Tb(NO3)3 crystal, adding deionized water and Ce(NO3)3.6H2O to obtain mixed solution of Ce(NO3)3 and Tb(NO3)3 (the terbium nitrate accounts for 5 mole percent), and dripping herring sperm DNA aqueous solution into the mixed solution of Ce(NO3)3 and Tb(NO3)3 to form mixed solution of Ce(NO3)3, Tb(NO3)3 and herring sperm DNA; (2) preparing CeF3:5 percent Tb<3+> precipitates, namely dripping NH4F aqueous solution into the mixed solution to obtain the CeF3:5 percent Tb<3+> precipitates; and (3) preparing CeF3:5 percent Tb<3+> porous nanospheres, namely transferring the CeF3:5 percent Tb<3+> precipitates to a hydrothermal reaction kettle, reacting at the temperature of 160 DEG C for 12 hours, performing centrifugal separation on precipitates, washing by using absolute ethanol, and performing vacuum drying at the temperature of 60 DEG C for 24 hours to obtain the CeF3:5 percent Tb<3+> porous nanospheres with good crystal forms and the diameter of 30 to 60nm. The method is simple, practicable, economic and environmental-friendly, and has a wide application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of nanomaterial preparation research, in particular to a method for preparing terbium-doped cerium fluoride porous nanospheres based on herring sperm DNA templates. Background technique [0002] Rare earth fluorides have low phonon energy, good thermal and environmental stability, and are widely used as luminescent material substrates, solid electrolytes, lubricants, steel and non-ferrous metal alloy additives, electrode materials, chemical sensors and biosensors, etc. Rare earth fluoride nanomaterials with various morphologies, such as nanoparticles, nanodisks, nano fibers and nanobelts, etc. CeF 3 :Tb 3+ Nanomaterials are important green fluorescent materials with broad application prospects, and have become one of the hotspots in the field of nanoluminescent materials research. For example, H. Guo prepared CeF by hydrothermal microemulsion method 3 :Tb 3+ Nanodisk (Appl.Phys.B, 2006, DOI: 10.1007 / s00340-006-2...
