Problems solved by technology
Therefore, although protein content reaches more than 45% in the jatropha cake, which is equivalent to soybean meal content substantially, has high nutritional value, and is a good source of protein, but because it contains toxic ingredients, the utilization of its cake has been greatly restricted. Big restrictions, before it can only be used as biomass fertilizer and biomass fuel, resulting in waste of resources

Abstract
The invention discloses a detoxication method for jatropha curcas and meal thereof. The method comprises the following steps: husking, crushing and flaking the jatropha curcas, then adding 12%-18% of hot water for hardening and tempering, and steaming and stir-frying for 70-100 minutes at the temperature of 95-110 DEG C in a steaming and stir-frying pot; squeezing materials till the residual oil content is 14-17%, soaking a press cake in a No. 6 solvent or n-hexane for 3-5 times till the residual oil content is reduced to 0.3%-1.5%, and performing direct steaming and stir-frying on jatropha curcas meal for exsolution so as to reduce the water content to 5%-8%; and extracting extracted meal with ethanol, and performing the direct steaming and stir-frying on the ethanol extracted meal for exsolution so as to reduce the water content to 10%-12%, thus obtaining the detoxicated jatropha curcas meal. By adopting the method, the purpose of detoxicating the jatropha curcas can be simultaneously achieved while the oil making process is performed, the process is simple, the production cost is low, and the loss of the raw materials is low, thereby having value for industrial production. The detoxicated meal of the jatropha curcas, which is obtained by using the method, can be used in the feed industry as a feed protein additive.
Description
A method for detoxifying jatropha and its cake technical field The invention relates to a method for detoxifying jatropha and its cake. Background technique Jatropha CUT′CaSL., also known as Jatropha CUT′CaSL., is a plant of the genus Jatropha in the Euphorbiaceae family. It is distributed in the southwest and southeast of China. The domestic Jatropha CUT′CaSL. has the most resources in Panzhihua, and is concentrated in the Jinsha River and Yalong River. area. Jatropha oil is a high-quality raw material source for biodiesel production. At present, the dried fruit yield of wild Jatropha is 4500-12000kg / hm, and the average yield is about 7500kg / hm. According to the calculation of the existing similar forest species, if 2 million hectares of raw material forests are built, the annual output will be about 1.5 million tons when the fruit is in full bloom. 49.2%. 625,400 tons of jatropha oil (3127.5kg / hm) can be extracted from the grains produced by the 200,000 hm raw materi...
