The system comprises an access control unit and a server which are constructed through a wired or wireless network. The system is characterized in that the access control unit comprises a first fingerprint identification chip, a second fingerprint identification chip, a controller unit and a priority trigger circuit unit, wherein, the first fingerprint identification chip and the second fingerprint identification chip are arranged inside and outside a door body and are mutually independent; the controller unit is integrated with a clock circuit, a network interface and a single-chip CPU (central processing unit); the priority trigger circuit unit is bridged between the two fingerprint identification chips and the controller unit; and the server is connected with an independent fingerprint acquisition instrument through a USB (universal serial bus) interface.
