Embodiment 1

[0014] Grind the eggshell after cleaning, extracting the inner membrane and drying, and filter with a 300-mesh sieve to obtain eggshell powder with a particle size of less than 300 mesh. Put 1g of eggshell powder into 100mL of sewage with a phosphorus concentration of 12mg / L and a pH of 7, and stir at a temperature of 25°C at a speed of 100 rpm for 8 hours for static adsorption. 0.45 μm filter membrane is filtered, and the concentration of phosphorus in the filtrate is measured by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry, and the adsorption capacity of eggshell powder to phosphorus is 0.2875mg / g.

Embodiment 2

[0016] It is basically the same as Example 1, the adsorption temperature is 40°C, and the adsorption amount of phosphorus by eggshell powder is 0.3508mg / g.

Embodiment 3

[0018] It is basically the same as Example 1, the adsorption temperature is 10°C, and the adsorption amount of phosphorus by eggshell powder is 0.1814mg / g.

[0019] It can be seen from Examples 1, 2 and 3 that at different temperatures, the amount of phosphorus adsorbed by eggshells in sewage is different. The higher the temperature, the greater the adsorption capacity.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of phosphate-containing sewage treatment, and discloses a method for adsorbing phosphate in sewage by using eggshells. The method comprises the following steps that: first, cleaned and shell-membranes-removed eggshells are dried at a temperature of 102 to 105 DEG C, and are grinded; the grinded eggshells are screened with a sieve of 300 meshes, such that eggshell power with a gain size of less than 300 meshes is obtained; 0.2 to 5g of eggshell powder is added to 50 to 1000mL of sewage with a phosphate concentration of 0.2 to 20mg / L and a pH value of 7 to 10; the resulting mixture is stirred for 8 to 12 hours under a temperature of 10 to 40 DEG C, and with a rotary speed of 50 to 200 rpm, such that the adsorption process is finished. According to the method, the phosphate adsorption is realized with the phosphate absorbability of eggshells. Compared with current common phosphate treatment methods, the method provided by the present invention has characteristics of no secondary pollution, abundant raw material source, low operation cost, and stable phosphate removing effect. The method accords with an environmental protective idea of: restricting waste with waste, and brings in good social benefit and environmental benefit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a treatment method for phosphorus-containing sewage, in particular to the adsorption of phosphorus in sewage by eggshells. Background technique [0002] Phosphorus is a basic nutrient element for the survival and reproduction of animals and plants, but due to the impact of human activities, the phosphorus resources that can be directly used by animals and plants are constantly decreasing. At the same time, the concentration of phosphorus in rivers and lakes is increasing, causing eutrophication of water bodies, and in severe cases, environmental crises such as algal blooms and red tides will break out. With the promulgation of increasingly stringent phosphorus discharge standards in my country, finding cheap and effective phosphorus removal methods is becoming a hot spot for advanced treatment of phosphorus-containing wastewater. [0003] At present, there are many methods available to treat phosphorus in sewage, mainly includ...
