The driver comprises: an integrated power module, a microprocessor unit, a rotor position sensing circuit, a power supply processing circuit, an input/output interface circuit and a current sensing circuit. When the external-rotor brushless motor provided in the invention is working, the center shaft is immovable and the housing is rotated. Machinery equipment is directly arranged on the housing, and rotation of the machinery equipment is driven by the rotation of the housing.
