Problems solved by technology

[0007] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for applying honeycomb ash to lead-contaminated soil in a certain proportion to reduce the effectiveness and mobility of soil lead after the briquette ash is processed. The ash is washed with water to overcome the existing method The problem of soil pH and electrical conductivity increasing after the application of medium briquette ash

Embodiment Construction

[0018] The method of the present invention utilizing water-washed briquette ash to stabilize the lead in the lead-contaminated soil can be described in detail with a specific example, and its concrete steps are as follows:

[0019] 1 Take 20g of blocky ash (excluding powdery bottom ash) formed after burning honeycomb coal, crush it with a wooden stick, pass through a 2mm sieve, and mix evenly.

[0020] 2Put the crushed briquette ash and 60g of water into a plastic bottle, cover the bottle cap, vibrate on a shaker for 5 minutes, filter with a sieve with a pore size less than 0.01mm, then dry the ash at 80°C and mix uniform.

[0021] 3 Weigh 8g of dried ash, mix it with lead-contaminated soil equivalent to 400g of dried soil, add distilled water to adjust the water content to 25%, irrigate with distilled water the next day to keep the water content at 25%, and cultivate for 60 days.

[0022] For example, for a certain lead-contaminated soil, apply water-washed briquette ash at ...

Abstract

The invention belongs to soil lead contamination repairing and solid waste utilization, and relates to a method for stabilizing lead in lead contaminated soil and a method for utilizing honeycomb briquette combustible solid waste, in particular to a method for applying watered honeycomb briquette ash to stabilize lead in lead contaminated soil. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the lead in the lead contaminated soil has higher effectiveness and mobility; because the honeycomb briquette ash is applied in the soil, pH and conductivity of the soil are increased; the method comprises the following steps of: grinding or crushing the honeycomb briquette ash; screening at 2 mm; uniformly mixing; and then mixing the ash and water according to a ratio of 1:3 (weight ratio); filtering after stirring or oscillating; drying the ash; and finally, mixing the ash with the lead contaminated soil according to a proportion of 1:50; adjusting water content by 15% to 25%; and culturing for above 60 d.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to soil heavy metal pollution restoration and solid waste utilization, and relates to a method for stabilizing lead in lead-contaminated soil and a method for utilizing briquette burning solid waste, in particular to a method for stabilizing lead by using water-washed briquette ash in lead-contaminated soil. Background technique [0002] Lead is one of the common polluting heavy metals in soil, and it is also one of the main heavy metal elements that pose a threat to human health, especially children. Since the lead entering the soil is not easily absorbed by plants, the main method for remediation of lead-contaminated soil is to add various additives to the soil to reduce the mobility and effectiveness of soil lead. These additives can reduce the mobility and effectiveness of lead by forming precipitation with lead in the soil, or converting lead that is easily absorbed by plants into lead that is difficult to absorb by plants th...
