The method is characterized by using the concentration exhaust gas generated by a concentration device during an acetylene preparation process utilizing partial oxidation of natural gas as the stripping gas for removing dissolved gases from carbon black water, and is performed by firstly reducing the pressure of the concentration exhaust gas to less than 13.5 kPa and adjusting the flow to 150-300 m<3> / h, then introducing the concentration exhaust gas into a carbon black water tank for removing the dissolved gases from the carbon black water, and returning the removed gases to the concentration device through a cracking gas main pipe. In the method, the concentration exhaust gas generated by the concentration device is selected as the stripping gas, the influence on the whole process is minimized and the operation cost of the overall device is lowered; a quick closing valve under pressure interlock control is arranged to cut off the high-pressure exhaust gas entering a degassing tank, a safety valve is simultaneously arranged to empty part of the concentration exhaust gas to a torch for burning, thus guaranteeing safe, stable and long-term operation of the method; the emission of combustible gases to the environment is reduced, thus contributes to environmental protection; and economic benefits are improved by recycling acetylene.
