Embodiment Construction

[0034] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0035] Such as figure 1 As shown, it is a flow chart of a soil cluster analysis method based on x-ray fluorescence spectrum according to an embodiment of the present invention, including:

[0036] Step S101, collecting soil samples from different areas. Soil samples should be able to fully represent the region and type of soil samples, and try to collect soil samples in areas far away from pollution sources and serious human interference.

[0037] Step S102, collecting the X-ray fluorescence spectrum of the soil sample. The soil sample needs to be air-dried, ground, passed through a 100-mesh nylon sieve, and pressed into tablets. X-ray fluorescence spectra of the pretre...

Abstract

The invention discloses a clustering analysis method for soil of different regions based on x-ray fluorescence spectrums and relates to the technical field of agriculture and environment. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, acquiring soil samples of the different regions; 2, acquiring the x-ray fluorescence spectrums of the soil samples; 3, pre-processing the x-ray fluorescence spectrums; and 4, qualitatively analyzing the pre-processed x-ray fluorescence spectrums by using a mode identification method to obtain the similarity of the soil samples of the different regions. The clustering analysis method for the soil of the different regions based on the x-ray fluorescence spectrums has the advantages that: soil clustering analysis based on the x-ray fluorescence spectrums is realized; research on the soil clustering analysis is enriched; and guidance significance is provided for measurement of soil heavy metal by using the x-ray fluorescence spectrums under the influence ofsoil parent materials of the different regions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of agriculture and environment, in particular to a soil cluster analysis method in different regions based on X-ray fluorescence spectrum. Background technique [0002] Soil is a historical and natural complex with complex morphology and evolution process, and it is also an important part of agricultural ecosystem. Soil has a high degree of heterogeneity in spatial distribution due to the influence of different factors such as climate, physics, chemistry, biology, parent material, topography, soil formation time and even human activities in the process of soil formation. The spatial distribution characteristics of soil properties are an important basis for farmland soil environmental governance, farmland management and modern agriculture. As a pattern recognition method in modern multivariate statistics, cluster analysis is widely used in soil science research because it provides a scientific method for so...
