Abstract

SMC sheet stocks, high temperature mould pressing resin and mixture thereof as well as glass filament cloth are employed and mould pressed. The method comprises the following steps: making the glass filament into cloth shape; mixing the high temperature mould pressing resin, styrene, PS(Poly Styrene) pattern material, and heavy calcium carbonate powder according to a ratio of 14:14:14:7:100:20 into the mould pressing resin mixture, spraying the mixture into the glass filament cloth and forming, then segmenting into sheets; putting multiple layers of sheet stocks into a mould and pressing into semi-finished products; and performing outside surface treatment to the semi-finished products. The SMC mould pressing resin finished well has high strength and toughness, acid and basic corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, high sealing performance, and convenience in construction.
