Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of wastewater recovery and utilization, and relates to an azotification method by the use of organic wastewater. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: (1) adding organic wastewater into a reactor after sterilization of the organic wastewater; (2) inoculating photosynthetic bacteria into the reactor; (3) allowing nitrogen to enter into the bottom of the reactor until the air pressure in the reactor reaches 0.1Mpa; (4) carrying out light culture on the organic wastewater for at least 96 hours; (5) carrying out centrifugation and dehydration on a liquid in the reactor after culture so as to obtain a solid organic nitrogenous product. In the invention, photosynthetic bacteria is utilized to transform aerial nitrogeninto microbial protein and microbial pigment by the nitrogen fixation of their own nitrogenase under the anaerobic light condition, so as to transform and fix aerial simple substance nitrogen into a organic form and provide suitable nitrogen source form.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of waste water recycling and utilization, and relates to a method for using organic waste water to fix nitrogen. Background technique [0002] Nitrogen is an indispensable basic element for the growth of most animals, plants and microorganisms, and in most cases, organisms are more likely to use organic nitrogen as a form of nitrogen source for their own metabolism. Although about 78% of the air is nitrogen, most organisms cannot use nitrogen directly except for a few microorganisms and plants that have their own nitrogen fixation. At present, the utilization of air nitrogen sources is mainly carried out by chemical methods for fixed conversion (ammonia synthesis process), and the nitrogen in the air is converted into ammonia for further utilization. [0003] Photosynthetic bacteria are a class of archaea with a special growth and metabolism system, which can carry out growth and metabolic activities under ...
