The nodular cast iron comprises 3.9-4.4% of charcoal, 0.6-0.8% of silicon, 0-0.3% of manganese, 0-0.5% of phosphor and 0-0.03% of sulfur. The waste steel comprises 0.3-0.45% of charcoal, 0.2-0.3% of silicon and 0.2-0.3% of manganese. The crankshaft of the invention has a cast state mechanical property reaching 900-4, increased elongation percentage, tensile strength and wear resistance, and effectively prolonged usage life.
