The method of manufacturing the lithium-ion power cell aqueous sizing agent comprises the following steps: pretreating, premixing, preparing glue and preparing the sizing agent. By adopting the technical scheme, active matters are added in the formula, so that the circulating life of a cell is effectively prolonged; relative to the oily formula, deionized water is adopted in the invention as the solvent so that the manufacturing cost of the cell is reduced; and in the invention, aqueous glue which has glueyness and plasticity is adopted, so that the performance of the sizing agent and the manufacturing performance of a pole piece are improved.
