Abstract

The oscillator comprises a cross coupling dynatron consisting of a cross coupling N-channel metal oxide semiconductor (NMOS) pair and a cross coupling P-channel metal oxide semiconductor (PMOS) pair, a resonant cavity consisting of a resonant inductor and a resonant capacitor, and a noise filter consisting of a filter transformer and a filter capacitor, wherein the connected relation of each part is as follows: the drain end of the cross coupling dynatron is in parallel connection with the resonant cavity; the source end of the cross coupling NMOS pair of the cross coupling dynatron is connected with one end of the primary side of the filter transformer, and the other end of the primary stage of the filter transformer is grounded; the source of the cross coupling PMOS pair of the cross coupling dynatron is connected with one end of the secondary side of the filter transformer, and the other end of the secondary stage of the filter transformer is connected with a power supply; and the primary side and the secondary side of the filter transformer are respectively connected in parallel with a filter capacitor.
