Therefore, the phenomenon that the workpiece is deformed after the radial clamping force is applied to finish machining can be avoided. By repeatedly adjusting cutting parameters and process steps of a machine tool, the resonance amplitude is reduced so as to guarantee stable cutting and quality. The stress influence which is produced during turning can be eliminated in a mode of increasing processing frequency of a semi-finished product.
