Abstract
The invention relates to a kit for detecting an estradiol-17-glucuronic acid. The kit comprises a standard solution, methanol, ammonium methanol and a C18SPE column. A method for detecting estradiol by using the kit comprises the following steps of: (1) activating the C18SPE column by using the methanol and water respectively; (2) adding a sample to be tested into the activated C18SPE column; (3) rinsing the C18SPE column by using water; (4) eluting the C18SPE column by using the ammonium methanol; and (5) concentrating the elution, determining the volume of the elution, allowing the elution to pass through a filter membrane and detecting by using liquid chromatography series quadrupole mass spectrum. The sensitivity of the detection method and the kit is higher than that of the traditional instrumental analysis method. The detection method and the kit have the advantages of sensitivity, simplicity, quickness, high accuracy, low consumption of organic solvents and environmental friendliness, wherein the detection limit is 0.1 mu g / kg.
