Abstract

The invention relates to a controller for opening of an ink key. The controller comprises a CAN (controller area network) drive circuit, a single chip and at least a motor drive circuit, wherein the single chip is connected with a CAN bus through the CAN drive circuit and is capable of receiving drive instructions of an upper controller and a control console connected with the CAN bus and feeding back opening information of the ink key; one end of the motor drive circuit is connected with the single chip; and the other end of the motor drive circuit is connected with an ink key regulator. According to the invention, embedded control technology is used; and the single chip, a CAN bus drive circuit and the motor drive circuit are used as controllers and are capable of controlling an ink key opening motor of the ink key regulator to regulate opening of each ink key of an ink fountain and feeding back a signal through a position sensor of the ink key regulator; and therefore, the control for the opening of each ink key is realized in a closed loop manner in real time; precision of opening of the ink key can reach to 0.5%; so that precise regulation of ink quantity is ensured; and a current situation of manual control is changed.
