The invention relates to an anaerobic tank sewage disposal method and disposal equipment thereof, which solve the technical problem that anaerobic tank sewage is difficult to dehydrate, deodorize and sterilize, and cannot be utilized. The disposal method comprises the following steps of: shearing and crushing the anaerobic tank sewage; sucking into a stirring disposal container; adding flocculants; stirring; and draining polymerized solid matters and then dehydrating to obtain dried solid matters with water content being less than 80 percent. The disposal equipment comprises the stirring disposal container, a flocculants container, a sewage suction pump, a crusher, a water filtration grilling screen, a volute dehydrator and a hopper, wherein the flocculants container is communicated with the stirring disposal container; the sewage suction pump is communicated with the stirring disposal container and the crusher; the crusher is communicated with an anaerobic tank sewage suction pipe; the stirring disposal container is divided into a sewage stirring cavity and a water filtering cavity through a clapboard; the water filtration grilling screen is slantways arranged in the water filtering cavity; and a sewage outlet corresponds to a feed inlet of the volute dehydrator. The anaerobic tank sewage disposal method and the disposal equipment have the beneficial effects that the disposal process is simple; the disposal equipment has a simple structure, short process time and low energy consumption; the disposal process has no pollution; waste water can be used as reclaimed water; and the dried sludge can be used as fertilizers.
